LSSA suction with a 0.9 mm tip — fine-line contouring, not volume removal.
We use the LSSA platform. The needle and tip are unusually fine — the tip is 0.9 mm — and the technique melts fat gently at the tip rather than tearing it loose, which is what keeps the surrounding tissue intact.
Less bruising, less swelling and less pain than a conventional suction technique, a relatively short procedure — around twenty minutes for a treated area — and a comparatively simple change of line rather than a dramatic debulking.
The line is corrected with fat volume, muscle position and skin elasticity all considered together. Where elasticity is the limiting factor, suction alone will disappoint, and Renuvion is planned with it in the same session.

In a fat reduction plan
On a fat-reduction plan, LSSA is the option for correcting a line in one short procedure rather than over a course of sessions. When skin elasticity is the real limit, Renuvion is planned in the same session.
Device work, injections and filler can often be done on the day you consult. Surgery, anything that needs a test first, and course-based treatments cannot be finished in one visit. Tell us how many days you have in Seoul and the plan is made against that.
